Privacy Policy

AutoChannel runs locally on its owner's computer. It does not operate a hosted service and does not collect data from the public.

Data the tool stores

• Videos, transcripts and generated files are stored on the owner's own disk.
• When a TikTok account is connected, the OAuth access and refresh tokens and the account's display name are stored locally so uploads can be made on the user's behalf. Nothing else from the TikTok account is read or stored.

How TikTok data is used

The TikTok tokens are used only to upload videos the user chooses to post and to check the status of those uploads. They are never shared with third parties.

Third-party services

Transcript text is sent to a language-model provider chosen by the owner to write scripts. No TikTok account data is sent to that provider.

Deleting data

Disconnecting TikTok in the tool deletes the stored tokens. All other data can be deleted by removing the tool's data folder. Access can also be revoked from TikTok's "Manage app permissions" settings.
